Senior Director of Machine Learning Engineering

Lead the CVO (Customer Value Optimization) Tribe owning two of HelloFresh's largest economic levers: benefit optimization and pricing. Org of 25-30 engineers, data scientists, and ML practitioners across Berlin, Warsaw, NYC, Boulder, Toronto. Own ML strategy for benefit recommendation, personalization, and customer lifetime-value forecasting. Drive transformation toward fully GenAI-native cross-functional product teams. Requires 12+ yrs software/ML engineering, 5+ yrs managing Engineering Managers across disciplines and geographies, deep ML engineering (feature engineering, training/serving infra, experimentation, MLOps) plus distributed-systems/backend depth, SRE grounding. Preferred: causal inference/uplift modeling, subscription/billing, AI-native engineering practices.
