Senior Director of Engineering, Platform

Senior Director role reporting to the CTO, owning platform strategy across the full technology stack (infrastructure, frameworks, developer workflows). Leads the Platform organization (180+ people) serving 900+ engineers across Marketplace, Vinted Go, and Payments business units. Establishes platform as a curated internal product; manages adoption/migration strategy; hires senior engineering leaders and staff engineers; partners with product engineering leadership. Requires 12+ years engineering experience with significant multi-team leadership, proven internal-platform/developer-infra experience at scale, distributed systems depth, and ability to shape organizational models under ambiguity.
